Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimayil Box Office Collection Day 2: Jiiva, the popular Tamil actor teamed up with Malayalam director Nithish Sahadev, for his latest outing in films. Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil, which hit the theatres on January 15, 2026, has opened to positive reviews from the audiences. Jiiva's film has witnessed a major jump in its box office collection, on Day 2.

According to the recent updates from the trade experts, Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil, which made a decent opening at the box office on Day 1, has witnessed a major improvement in its collection, on second day. The new reports by trade analyst Jerin Georgekutty, the Jiiva starrer has collected over ₹6.15 crore on Day 2 of its release.

As per the trade expert's reports, the Tamil Nadu box office collection of Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil now stands at ₹5.18 crore. Jiiva's film, which has been delivering an underwhelming performance in both Kerala and Karnataka, has collected ₹19.60 lakhs and ₹46 lakhs respectively, from the states. The overseas collection has now crossed ₹25.37 lakhs.

If the recent updates are to be believed, Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil has been witnessing a further growth in its box office collection, as it stepped into the Day 3 of release. If things proceed at the same rate, Jiiva and Nithish Sahadev's film will register its biggest single day collection on Day 3. The opening weekend collection of the film is expected to cross the ₹20 crore mark at the box office, in first weekend.

Jiiva plays the role of Jeevarathnam in the movie, which stars Prathana Nathan, Thambi Ramaiah, Meenakshi Dinesh, Amith Mohan Rajeswari, Ilavarasu, and others in supporting roles.
