The recent reports by Sacnilk suggest that Jiiva's political satire film has now collected a net collection of ₹16.45 crore, from the all-India (domestic) box office. The India gross collection is now set to touch the ₹20 crore mark.

Vaa Vaathiyaar, on the other hand, is really lagging behind Thalaivar Thambi Thalaimaiyil, when it comes to both the all-India and worldwide box office collections. Karthi's film hardly made a net collection of ₹7.70 crore at the domestic box office collection, in the first 5 days. The gross collection, on the other hand, stood at ₹9.05 crore at the all-India box office.
