Ranbir Kapoor Refuses Bigg Boss 8; Katrina-Salman Issue The Reason?

Ranbir Kapoor has refused to host the upcoming season of Colors' reality show Bigg Boss. Salman Khan, who has been hosting the controversial reality show, has declared that he will no longer be hosting the show, resulting in the hunt for the next host.

Ranbir was the first name that started making rounds as being approached to host Bigg Boss 8. Now since the Kapoor prince has rejected the offer, media is buzzing around predicting what the reason behind this might be.

It is a known fact that Ranbir is dating Salman's ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif, which resulted in the obvious cold war between the two actors. It is now said that Ranbir's refusal to host the Colors' reality show was to steer away from any more conflict between the senior actor and himself.

It is also said that Ranbir refused the show not wanting to attract anymore negative publicity. Ranbir, who is considered one of the most promising actors in the industry, has unintentionally or otherwise, fallen prey to a lot of unwanted negative PR damaging his image.

Apart from Ranbir, Ranveer Singh is the other actor who is said to be approached to host the show. And now that Ranbir has expressed his refusal, the chances of the Ram Leela actor bagging the opportunity seems pretty high.
