Karan Patel entered wedlock with Ankita Bhargava on 3rd May in a private ceremony at Mumbai. Sangeeth ceremony took place on 2rd May and the wedding on 3rd.

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's Raman Kumar Bhalla - Karan Patel, got married to Ankita Bhargava on Sunday. The couple's close family and friends attended the traditional wedding ceremony.

Divyanka Tripathi (Ishita) and her mother, Anita Hassanandani (Shagun) and her husband, Shahnaz Rizwan (Toshi), Raj Singh Arora (Mihir), Aly Goni (Mihir), Ruhanika Dhawan (Ruhi) were among the guests who attended the wedding ceremony and reception.

Ankita also happens to be Karan's on-screen father-in-law, Abhay Bhargava's daughter and it was also reported that Abhay and Romi set the two up for the initial date.

Among the guests were popular celebrities including Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor, Pinky and Rakesh Roshan, Supriya Pathak with her daughter Sanah, Karan Tacker and Krystle D'souza.

While the Sangeeth ceremony was a filmy affair with dance and shayari, the wedding was a traditional affair. Karan and Ankita were seen dancing to Maine Pyaar Kiya tunes and the groom was also seen reciting shayari's for his bride at the Sangeeth.

Karan and Ankita were seen entering the venue for reception. While Raman was looking dashing in his gray suit, Ankita was gorgeous in her beige ghagra.

Divyanka Tripathi was seen attending her on-screen husband, Karan Patel's wedding with her mother. Divyanka's mother is down in Mumbai to help her daughter due to her leg injury.

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's actors, Shahnaz Rizwan who plays Toshi, Karan Patel's mother on the show along with his on-screen daughter, Ruhi, Ruhanika Dhawan were seen attending the reception ceremony.

Anita Hassanandani

Anita Hassanandani, Karan's on-screen wife, was seen attending the wedding ceremony. She was dressed in a white saree for the reception.

White Salwar

Divyanka Tripathi was seen dressed in a white salwar kameez. The actress was seen walking and not using her wheel chair at the ceremony.

Ruhi

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's Ruhi, Ruhanika Dhawan, was seen posing for the cameras before entering the reception venue. The child artist is extremely popular from her role on the show.
