As their fans are waiting for their new project, recent reports suggested that Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta are reuniting for an upcoming web series. While the development left their well-wishers excited, the actor has finally opened up about the ongoing speculations.

Tonight (September 7), Ankit came live on Jio Cinema and talked to Siddharth Kannan about different things. When the host asked him about doing the web show with Priyanka, the actor cleared that he isn't doing the said project. Yes, you read that right!

Responding to the question, he said, "Mujhe abhi tak aisa koi call nahi aaya hai. Mujhe abhi tak samajh nahi aata hai ki ye news aati kaha se hai," and added, "Abhi tak koi web show ka ya movie ka koi project aaya nahi hai jaha ye lage ki ye karna chahiye."
