Ankit Gupta & Priyanka Choudhary Were NOT Talking Before Bigg Boss 16 Entry; Actor Reveals ‘Hamari Ladai…’
PriyAnkit News: Ankit Gupta, the television actor who commenced his acting career with Balika Vadhu in 2012, has reached notable heights in his journey and is currently acknowledged as one of the most prominent celebrities on the small screen. Renowned for his roles in shows such as Sadda Haq, Begusarai, and Kundali Bhagya, he rose to prominence by portraying the lead character Fateh in the successful Colors show Udaariyaan, alongside Priyanka Chahar Choudhary.
However, it was Salman Khan's controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 16, that propelled Ankit Gupta to widespread fame. Throughout his tenure on the show, fans admired his composed demeanor and friendship with fellow contestant and best friend Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. Despite repeated rumors about Ankit and Priyanka dating in real life, the duo consistently asserts that they are best friends.
ANKIT GUPTA & PRIYANKA WERE NOT ON TALKING TERMS BEFORE BIGG BOSS 16
Although PriyAnkit formed a close bond while shooting for Udaariyaan, did you know that they had their fair share of disagreements on the show's sets and the duo wasn't even on talking terms before their entry in Bigg Boss 16? Yes, you read that right! In a recent interview, Ankit Gupta revealed the same.
On being asked if he entered the Bigg Boss house just to support Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Ankit told India Forums, "Nahi aisa nahi hai. In fact, jab hum log ghar ke andar jaa rahe the tab toh Priyanka aur meri baat hi nahi hoti thi. We were co-stars but we had these phases when we used to fight and stopped talking. Hamari ladai ki sabse achi baat ye thi ki professional life pe koi fark nahi padta tha uss chiz ka. We were like the same during the scene but after the scene, we were very (far apart)."
He added, "Jab hum log ghar ke andar jaa rahe the toh we were not talking and I didn't even know ki Priyanka jaa rahi hai ki nahi because mera confirmation bohot last moment pe tha. I didn't know anything. Mere paas toh kapde bhi nahi the, mai Chandigarh se aaya tha. I had no preparation at all, nothing. Toh aisa nahi hai ki mai Priyanka ko support karne gaya tha. But when I went inside the house, I saw it, it was not for me. I can't fight at everything, I can't shout at somebody for no reason, I can't fight for food. But, ghar ke andar maine aur Priyanka ne jab ek sath itna time spend kiya. So, wo hamara bond jo pehle tha usse kahi nehat ho gaya. Then I said okay fine, mujhe toh pata hai jitna hi nahi hai. But, she has that potential and she's working for it, why not support her."
It's been a year since Bigg Boss 16 and PriyAnkit are still going strong.

Ankit Gupta was last seen as Jahaan in Colors TV's Junooniyatt co-starring Gautam Singh Vij and Neha Rana. The show recently went off-air and Ankit is yet to sign anything yet. Priyanka, on the other hand, featured in B Praak's music video Zohrajabeen and has not announced her next.
