Barsatein - Mausam Pyaar Ka Update: Shivangi Joshi, renowned for her portrayal of Naira in the popular television show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, recently returned to the small screen with Ekta Kapoor's Barsatein on Sony TV. Following her appearances in shows like Balika Vadhu 2 and Bekaboo, the exceptionally skilled actress is currently entertaining fans as Aradhana alongside Kushal Tandon.

Even before its launch, Barsatein ignited a wave of anticipation among the devoted followers of the lead actors, who excitedly waited for the show's premiere. In the romantic drama, Shivangi stepped into the shoes of Aradhana, a journalist with aspirations to join Reyansh's (played by Kushal) company. However, her dentist mother isn't thrilled with her career choice, aiming for her to pursue a medical profession instead.

JENNIFER WINGET

Counted among the most successful female stars on TV, Jennifer Winget was reportedly approached by the Barsatein team for the role of Aradhana. Regrettably, she had to decline the opportunity owing to her personal commitments, which hindered her ability to reunite with her Beyhadh co-actor Kushal Tandon.

GURPREET BEDI

Gurpreet Bedi, best known for essaying the pivotal role of Kirti opposite Fahmaan Khan in Colors TV's Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharampatnii, supposedly received an invitation to take on the character of Aradhana. However, she had to turn down the opportunity as a result of other prior commitments.

SAANVIE TALLWAR

Known for featuring in shows like Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum, O Gujariya, and Chandra Nandini, actress Saanvie Tallwar had auditioned for the role of Aradhana. Unfortunately, things failed to work out, and she was not selected for the role.

NIRISHA BASNETT

Nirisha, known for her contribution to shows like Aladdin and Ziddi Dil Maane Na, reportedly rejected the offer to portray the character of Aradhana in Barsatein. The exact reason behind her decision remains undisclosed.
