The beloved host, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, is set to return. As previously reported, the forthcoming season of Bigg Boss, set to grace our television screens next month, is currently in the process of selecting an impressive lineup of participants.

In an exclusive revelation, Filmibeat recently revealed a potential "Singles Vs Couples" theme for Bigg Boss 17. Several notable individuals, including Kanwar Dhillon, Alice Kaushik, Samarth Jurel, and Seema Haider, along with her husband Sachin Meena, have purportedly received invitations to join this controversial reality series as contestants.

GAURAV KHANNA ON DOING BIGG BOSS 17

While the official roster of Bigg Boss 17 contestants remains undisclosed, Isha Malviya, a co-star of Ankit Gupta and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary from Udaariyaan, has recently confirmed her participation in BB 17. While an official announcement from the makers is still awaited, Anupamaa lead star Gaurav Khanna's actress-wife Akanksha Chamola recently opened up if she's interested in doing the controversial reality show or not.

In a recent interview with National Reporter, Akanksha was asked if she would do Bigg Boss in the future. Reacting to it, she stated, "Haa yaar, mai karna chahti hun. Gaurav shayad nahi karna chahte mere saath, kyunki Gaurav darte hai. Lekin haa, I mean why not. Mai lagti hun na Bigg Boss material."

On being asked if she's a regular Bigg Boss watcher, Akanksha revealed, "Utna follow nahi karti hu, but theek hai, social media pe jitna pata chalta hai, so I'm updated. Not an ardent follower but I'm updated."

For those who are unaware, Akanksha Chamola is also a TV actress, seen in shows like Bhootu (ZEE TV) and Swaragini (Colors TV).
