While the makers are yet to reveal the official list of Bigg Boss 17 contestants, the latest reports have stated the participation of Bigg Boss 16 star Sumbul Touqeer Khan's father Touqeer Hassan Khan in the upcoming season. Yes, you read that right!

SUMBUL TOUQEER FAHER REACTS TO BIGG BOSS 17 REPORTS

Now, the actress' father has finally opened up about the ongoing speculations and his statement is kind of hinting that he's indeed in talks with the makers. Talking to India Forums, he said, "I can't comment on anything right now," and added, "Aag Lagi Hai To Dhua To Uthega."

Well, only time will tell is he's going to participate in the show or not. For those who are unaware, Bigg Boss 17 is rumoured to premiere on September 30. However, an official announcement from the makers' side is still awaited.

SUMBUL TOUQEER KHAN TV COMEBACK WITH KAVYA

Amid reports of her father's participation in Bigg Boss 17, Sumbul Touqeer Khan is set to make her full-fledged TV comeback after Bigg Boss 16 with Sony TV's upcoming show Kavya: Ek Jazba Ek Junoon. Featuring Mishkat Varma as the male lead, the much-awaited drama will soon premiere on the channel.
