While the official list of contestants is still under wraps, recent rumors indicate that the BB 17 team has extended an invitation to a social media influencer turned reality TV star. Well, we're talking about Rishabh Jaiswal who is currently seen as a contestant in MTV Roadies Karm Ya Kaand. A part of Rhea Chakraborty's gang, Rishabh is currently winning hearts for his personality and is counted among the strongest contenders for the winner's trophy.
In a recent interview, Rishabh Jaiswal finally reacted to rumours of his participation in Bigg Boss 17 and hinted about being approached for the upcoming season. Talking to Telly Bytes, he said, "Jaha tak baat rahi approach ki toh aapko pata hi hai har saal koi na koi hamare MTV se, jo bhi MTV pe koi bhi show kar raha hai, use consider kiya jata hai. Har baar aate hi hai, jaise ki jo hamare winner rahe hai Prince (Narula) sir, wo bhi MTV face the uss time pe. Har saaal koi na koi MTV se aata hi hai, kyunki production line-up same hota hai. Toh kahi na kahi iss baar bhi, haa shayad mai logon ki nazron mei hounga aur kahi na kahi jo meri journey impactful rahi hai, jo log response kar rahe hai uss hisaab se, log mujhe bohot zyada pasand bhi kar rahe hai aisa mujhe social media pe dikhta hai, chaaron taraf dikhta hai. Toh kahi na kahi, possibly yes."
RISHABH JAISWAL IS INTERESTED IN DOING BIGG BOSS 17
He added, "Baaki, jaise ki kehte hai na, you never know, there are lot of people coming, lot of rumours coming in, but you never know, kya hone wala hai kya nahi. All I can say is I'm very much interested. But, sab kuch ek taal-mel hota hai na because there are a lot of steps also. You have to go through the interview, you've to go through the procedure, and then aapki locking hoti hai, then budgeting and all. Jab tak sort nahi ho jata you can't say anything. Baaki, Bigg Boss ek hi baar karna hai life mei because it's a reality show and you can do it for a single time. In that sense, agar mai iss saal karunga well and good, and iss saal nahi bhi karunga it's well and good again because mujhe aage prep karne ka mauka milega, mai aur kaam kar paunga aur uske baad khud ko aur better way mei showcase kar paunga."
