However, according to sources, it appears that Kanika Mann was not the first choice for Chand Jalne Laga. Yes, you read that right! If the sources are to be believed, Ayesha Singh, renowned for her lead role of Sai in Star Plus' Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, was approached for the role well before Kanika Mann came on board.
Reportedly, the show's makers were highly impressed with Ayesha Singh's acting prowess and were eager to secure her for the show ahead of anyone else.
WHY AYESHA SINGH REJECTED CHAND JALNE LAGA OFFER?
They had witnessed Ayesha's work in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and were optimistic about having her on board for the project. However, due to a misunderstanding, the deal did not materialize, and eventually, the show proceeded with the talented Kanika Mann as the alternative choice when Ayesha Singh was unavailable.

While there are rumours about Ayesha being approached for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, she recently denied the speculations. It appears that the actress' fans have to wait a little longer for update about her nect project.
