Dharampatnii: Is Fahmaan Khan Starrer Popular Show Going Off-Air Anytime Soon? Here’s What We Know

Dharampatnii Update: After seeing the popularity of Tejasswi Prakash's Naagin 6, Ekta Kapoor teamed up once again with Colors TV for the show Pyar Ke Saath Vachan Dharampatnii, starring Fahmaan Khan as Ravi Randhawa and Kritika Singh Yadav as Pratiksha in the lead roles.

ANOTHER EXTENSION TO FAHMAAN KHAN'S DHARAMPATNII?

The show premiered on Colors in November of the previous year and received a lot of buzz and high expectations. Although it has been receiving a positive response, the ratings have been disappointing from the start. As a result, the show was scheduled to go off-air in June this year.

While the cast and crew had wrapped the shoot of Dharampatni, the channel granted it an extension at the last moment. Not just that, the timeslot was also changed to 10 pm thinking that the show must witness an increase in the ratings.

Initially, there were reports of the show's extension for one month, followed by three months, and later even for six months. However, it looks like the channel has some other plans. According to the latest reports, Dharampatnii has received an indefinite extension. Yes, you read that right!

REASON BEHIND DHARAMPATNII GETTING INDEFINITE EXTENSION

Revealing the same, a source informed India Forums, "Dharampatni has been doing quite well since receiving an extension. The channel decided to give the show an extension in the first place by looking at the increasing numbers."

However, the makers or the channel are yet to confirm the same. So far, even Fahmaan and Kritika haven't yet reacted to the development.

Previously, there were reports about a potential leap in the show, which could introduce a new character. Additionally, there were hints about Ravi and Pratiksha embracing parenthood. However, as of now, there's been no clarity on these developments.
