NEW ENTRY In Dharampatnii: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Actor CONFIRMS Joining Fahmaan Khan’s Show

Dharampatnii New Entry: Following the success of Tejasswi Prakash's Naagin 6, Ekta Kapoor collaborated once again with Colors TV for the show Pyar Ke Saath Vachan Dharampatnii, featuring Fahmaan Khan and Kritika Singh Yadav in the lead roles as Ravi Randhawa and Pratiksha, respectively.

Despite generating significant buzz and high expectations, Dharampatnii, which premiered on Colors in November of the previous year, has been underperforming on the TRP front. Interestingly, the show was confirmed to end in June and the team had even wrapped up its shoot. However, at the last moment, the channel gave it an extension.

NEW ENTRY IN FAHMAAN KHAN STARRER DHARAMPATNII

The current track of Dharampatnii revolves around Ravi and Pratiksha's changing equation and the makers are trying their level best to make the show more interesting and entertaining. To do so, the creative team is set to introduce a new character in the show.

Actor Guru Haryani, seen in several popular TV shows including Anupamaa, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehkata Hai, and Yeh Hai Chahatein, has confirmed his entry in Fahmaan Khan and Kritika starrer Colors show. He is excited to essay the role of a cop named Guru Jha in the daily soap. As of now, it will be a cameo.

GURU HARYANI EXCITED ABOUT HIS ENTRY IN DHARAMPATNII

Sharing his excitement, the actor told ETimes, "I'm happy to make a comeback on TV after shooting for the upcoming Bollywood movie Jawaan which features Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Deepika Padukone and Sanya Malhotra among others. Currently I'm doing a cameo but it is very interesting and is a significant role. I will be seen as inspector Guru Jha, it's a positive role and will bring new twists and turns in the story line. I will help the family to come out from the trap of goons. I'm excited about my role."

Now, it'll be interesting to see how his entry will impact Ravi and Pratiksha's equation.
