Junooniyatt Off-Air Date: Following the success of Udaariyaan, television stars Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta reunited with Colors TV earlier this year to launch their second production, Junooniyatt. This musical drama, featuring the talents of Ankit Gupta, Gautam Singh Vig, and Neha Rana, premiered in February amid considerable anticipation and excitement.

While Junooniyatt initially garnered a warm reception upon its debut, it faced a drop in TRP ratings in the first two to three months of airing. Ankit Gupta, in a previous statement, acknowledged the show's underperformance and reiterated the team's dedication to enhancing the viewer experience.

In July, the daily soap underwent a time slot change, shifting from its original 8:30 pm slot. Additionally, the creative team implemented several changes to the storyline, resulting in a modest increase in ratings. The entire team was elated with the increase in TRP and was hoping that the numbers would jump further. However, nothing like that has happened so far and the latest buzz suggests that Junooniyatt is likely to end very soon.

Yes, you read that right! After the grand premiere of Bigg Boss 17, the channel is planning to launch a few new shows. Hence, Junooniyatt is likely to bid adieu to the viewers. According to a report in Telly Express, the channel is planning to axe Ankit Gupta's musical drama after Dharampatnii and Agnisakshi.

The report further stated that the cast of Junooniyatt is likely to finish shooting for the show by the end of October. However, it is not yet confirmed and an official announcement regarding the same is still awaited.

WHICH SHOW WILL REPLACE JUNOONIYATT?

If the news of Junooniyatt ending in the coming weeks turns out to be true, there are chances that the upcoming show Doree starring Amar Upadhyay and Sudha Chandram might replace it. However, so far, there's still no clarity on the same.
