For those who are unaware, the second season is returning on Star Bharat very soon and features Karanvir Bohra once again with Dheeraj Dhoopar and Amandeep Sidhu in the lead roles. Ahead of the show's premiere (slated for later this month), one of Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai co-stars has joined the cast of Saubhagyavati Bhava 2.

Well, we're talking about veteran actress Farida Dadi. Yes, you read that right! She has reportedly bagged a pivotal part in the show. Revealing the same, a source informed IWMBuzz, "Farida will play the role of Amandeep's grandmother in the show."

However, an official announcement from the makers' side is still awaited.
