Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Update: Since its debut in 2009, Rajan Shahi's Star Plus series, YRKKH, has been a constant source of entertainment for its devoted fans. Initially centered around the endearing characters Akshara and Naitik, portrayed by Hina Khan and Karan Mehra respectively, the family drama has successfully completed 14 years and is still performing well.

However, since 2021, the show has shifted its focus to the third generation, introducing a new narrative. Presently, Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod have taken on the roles of the protagonists, portraying Abhimanyu and Akshara respectively, breathing new life into the storyline.

As per the ongoing storyline, Akshara and Abhinav have returned to Kasauli with Abhir. Later, Abhimanyu too made his entry to Kasauli for the sake of his son. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's current track focuses on the wedding festivities of Kairav and Muskan.

While Akshara and Abhir are from the groom's side, Abhimanyu and Abhinav will be a part of the wedding from Muskan's side. There's a buzz that AbhiRa will come closer during the festivities. Amid all this, the latest buzz suggests that the show will soon witness a new entry.

According to a Tellychakkar report, actor Manas Awasthi will soon make his entry in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai to create more problems for the protagonists in the storyline. Reportedly, he'll essay a grey-shaded character in the hit show.

However, an official confirmation regarding his entry from the makers' side is still awaited. For the unversed, Manas Awasthi has been a part of Palkon ki Chaon Mein 2 and an OTT series named Dharavi Bank.

JAI SONI AKA ABHINAV TO EXIT YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI SOON?

Also, there's a strong buzz that the character of Abhinav, essayed by Jay Soni, will soon bid adieu to the show. While the actor recently denied the same, he might leave Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in the near future.
