Renowned actresses Shivangi Joshi (Pankhuri's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai co-star) and Divyanka Tripathi from Ye Hai Mohabbatein among others graced the event and joined in the celebration.

Several photos and videos from the celebration went viral on the internet after which fans noticed that the decoration indicating that the TV couple will be welcoming twin babies. In a recent interview, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress has finally confirmed the same.

Pankhuri told ETimes, "Gautam wanted to keep the news about having twins private. He felt it is something that the family should know and therefore we did not share it with everyone. However, every time when someone asked me about my baby, I always felt like saying 'babies'. Gautam and I are blessed that we are having twin babies."
