Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Update: Produced by Rajan Shahi's DKP, Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod starrer YRKKH has been entertaining fans since years ago. While Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai completed 14 successful years in January this year, Jay Soni entered the show as Abhinav during the same time.

As he was introduced as the new guy in Akshara's life after her separation from Abhimanyu, AbhiRa fans were initially unhappy with his entry. However, with time, Jay Soni impressed everyone with his performance and made his presence felt as the endearing Abhinav.

After winning hearts for around eight months, Jay Soni is finally bidding adieu to Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as her character is finally ending. While his fans are sad about the sudden twist, Jay Soni wrapped up his shoot yesterday (August 8) post which the whole YRKKH team gave him a grand farewell on the sets.

Jay and the whole team got a little emotional during the farewell, we're sure that Jay Soni will soon return on TV in a new avatar. After shooting his last scene, Jay Soni also interacted with the media during which his co-star Pranali Rathod finally opened up about his exit from Star Plus' long-running family saga.

PRANALI RATHOD ON JAY SONI EXIT FROM YRKKH

Talking about her experience of working with Jay Soni in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Pranali wished him the best for the future and told India Forums, "I think, hum log ne kaafi masti toh ki hi hai. We had fun, hum teeno ke scenes mei humne bhot hi zyada masti ki hai, bohot hi maza aaya hai."

Jay Soni also called Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai a perfect comeback for him as he earned a lot of appreciation for the role of Abhinav. Expressing his gratitude, the actor stated that he couldn't have asked for a better comeback and is now looking forward to uniting with Rajan Shahi's Director's Kut Productions again in the future.
