Pranali Rathod Update: TV star Pranali Rathod made her acting debut with the &TV show Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki in 2019 and has come a long way since then. After Jaat Na Poocho Prem Ki, she was seen in shows like Barrister Babu and Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye. However, it was her lead role as Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai that proved to be a turning point for her.
In 2021, Pranali Rathod entered Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai alongside Harshad Chopda as the new female protagonist Akshara after the third female generation leap. The actress won many hearts for her performance and became a household name. Fans loved her onscreen chemistry with Harshad aka Abhimanyu and shipped them as AbhiRa.

After being a part of YRKKH for two years, the actress finally moved out of the long-running family drama recently as the makers introduced another generation leap. Since then, fans have been missing seeing her on their TV screens daily. While she's currently away from the small screen, Pranali Rathod opened up about TRP pressure while playing the lead role in such a big show.
In a recent interview, Pranali was asked if she ever faced any TRP pressure during her stint in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Well, the actress revealed that she used to just focus on performing and was never bothered about the number game.
Talking to Siddharth Kannan about the same, Pranali stated, "I don't think maine kabhi bhi TRP par dhyaan diya hai. To be honest, jab bhi maine ye show join kiya tha tabhi se, day one se mera bas yahi tha ki mai kaam par jau, script padhu, act karu. That's my job and I used to love it. And I think, audience ke pyaar ne mera game change kiya hai. Mujhe bohot zyada pyaar mila. In fact, kuch logon ko lagne laga ki this was my first show, but ye nahi tha. Isse pehle maine kaam kiya lekin itna saara pyaar mujhe kabhi nahi mila. Trust me, it was game-changing for me. So my fans, unka pyaar, unka support jo mujhe mil, it was game changing."
PRANALI RATHOD UPCOMING PROJECTS
While her fans are desperately awaiting her TV comeback, Pranali is currently enjoying her break and is taking her own sweet time in deciding her next project. However, she'll soon be seen performing with co-star Harshad Chopda at ITA 2023. The event is slated to be held in the last week of December.
