While the official telecast date and time slot are yet to be officially announced, a Telly Express report suggests that CID 2 is expected to premiere on Sony TV either on Christmas 2024 or New Year 2025 weekend. The report further stated that the new season might take the 10 pm time slot. However, there is no official confirmation yet.
