Jhanak TRP This Week: After entertaining fans with Star Bharat's Woh Toh Hai Albelaa, actress Hiba Nawab returned to TV with Star Plus' Jhanak in November last year. Produced by Leena Gangopadhyay, the show also features Krushal Ahuja and Chandani Sharma in the main roles with Hiba.

While viewers initially found Jhanak's storyline similar to Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Gashmeer Mahajani-starrer Imlie, the show eventually won everyone's hearts and is performing well in the late night slot of 10:30 pm. Just a few weeks after its launch, Jhanak entered the list of the highest-rated top ten shows on TV. Even, the cast is getting huge love and appreciation from the loyal viewers.

In an interesting turn of events, Jhanak entered the top three list and snatched the third spot from Rajan Shahi's long-running family drama Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Yes, you read that right! After Anupamaa and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Jhanak became the third highest-rated show on the small screen and left the whole team elated.

In a recent interview, Jhanak lead actor Krushal Ahuja aka Anirudh shared his happiness on the big milestone and opened up about his popular show beating 15-year-old Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in such a short span of time.

I am genuinely thrilled and grateful that we are successfully captivating a growing audience for Jhanak and providing enjoyable episodes for them to watch. The show has been performing well ever since its launch, however, this week, it has also outdone Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai which has been consistent on the third spot, How overwhelming does that feel?"
