Main Hoon Saath Tere revolves around the main protagonist Janvi (portrayed by Ulka Gupta), a single mother navigating the challenges of parenthood alone. Set against the captivating backdrop of Gwalior, Janvi's life revolves around her son, Kian. Though Kian doesn't yearn for a father figure, he keenly feels the absence of male presence in his mother's life, witnessing her manage every responsibility solo.

The plot thickens when Janvi's path crosses with Aryaman (played by Karan Vohra), a wealthy businessman, as they find themselves working together. While Aryaman develops romantic feelings for Janvi, the destiny of their love story hinges on the approval of little Kian.
