Based on the epic Ramayana, Shrimad Ramayan has been delighting fans for the past five months and has emerged as one of the most-loved shows on Sony TV. However, despite its popularity, the recent reports about the mythological drama coming to an end in June left fans shocked.

According to reports, the current focus of the storyline is on Ram's preparations for the battle with Ravana to rescue Sita and the narrative is likely to reach its climax in June followdd by the show's end. Sujay Reu, show's lead star who's earning love and appreciation for his performance as Ram, has finally reacted to the ongoing rumours in a recent interview.

The talented actor dismissed the off-air reports and asked fans to not pay attention to the rumours.

Talking about the same, Sujay Reu told ETimes, "Yes, I've read these reports and heard about them. People are asking me about it also but I don't have any kind of information or update regarding this. Also, I don't think the show can go off-air in June because there are many more sequences to be shown. There are many exciting things in store for viewers. The main action and drama is yet to unfold."

Sharing details about the upcoming tracks, he added, "Sundarkand, ki shuruwat hone waali hai, Woh Yudhkand hona Baaki hai where all the action sequences will be shown. There's a lot to be shown and explored story wise. I think our viewers should not pay attention to these off-air rumours as of now. They should just watch the episodes and enjoy it."
