Yeh Hai Chahatein New Slot Exclusive: Yeh Hai Chahatein, the spin-off to Ekta Kapoor's Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, has entertained fans since its premiere in 2019. Initially, Abrar Qazi and Sargun Kaur Luthra played the main leads in YHC and entertained fans. However, last year, the makers introduced a generation leap after which Pravisht Mishra and Shagun Sharma entered as the new main protagonists.

For those who are unaware, Pravisht Mishra and Shagun Sharma are essaying the roles of Arjun and Kashvi respectively. While the duo got acceptance from the loyal fanbase of Yeh Hai Chahatein soon after their entries, the long-running drama was shifted to the 11 pm slot as Hiba Nawab starrer Jhanak took over the 10:30 pm slot.

YEH HAI CHAHATEIN NEW TIMING: SHOW TO AIR IN EARLY EVENING SLOT

As expected, the ratings were impacted due to the slot change and no promotions. However, despite facing continuous challenges the much-loved show held its ground and continued performing well as compared to a few other Star Plus shows. While there have been constant rumors about Yeh Hai Chahatein going off-air soon, the channel recently cleared the air and gave it a new slot.

Starting from Saturday (August 10) this week, Yeh Hai Chahatein will be airing in the early evening, at 6:30 pm daily. Yes, you read that right! While the development has been getting mixed reactions from the show's fans, the cast is hopeful that the new slot will be beneficial for the show.

Filmibeat reached out to Shagun Sharma aka Kashvi to know her views about the new timings of Yeh Hai Chahatein. The talented actress is happy about the development and feels that the show will do well in the new slot.

Reacting to the same, Shagun Sharma exclusively told us, "I am happy about it. 6:30 slot is more convenient for people."
