The loyal viewers loved her seven-year stint and the family drama made her a household name. While her fans are missing seeing her on TV daily, here comes a piece of good news for them.

According to an IWMBuzz report, the seasoned actress has been cast in a significant role in Colors' upcoming show, produced by Ved Raj's Story Square Productions. Yes, you read that right! However, an official announcement regarding the same is still awaited.

As per the ongoing buzz, Namish Taneja and Shruti Bhist are playing the lead roles in the upcoming show. Additionally, Manmohan Tiwari and Prithvi Zutshi have secured pivotal roles. Also, Megha Chakraborty, known for her role in Imlie, will be the other lead in this story featuring two female protagonists.

PRANALI RATHOD HAS ALSO BAGGED A DIFFERENT COLORS SHOW

While the development must have left the actress' fans elated, her Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai co-star Pranali Rathod is also said to be making her TV comeback with another Colors show. Tentatively titled Durga, it is likely to feature Dhruv Bhandari opposite her. However, in this case too, the channel is yet to make an official announcement.
