When Manish is specifically asked whether the accident was intentional, he denies it. This statement brings a sigh of relief to everyone present in the courtroom.

Following Manish's testimony, the Poddars are called to the witness box. While most of them speak the truth, Sanjay contradicts their statements by claiming that Vidya was at a concert when the accident occurred. The rest of the family, however, assert that Vidya was at the temple during that time. With these conflicting statements, the hearing is adjourned to continue the next day.

Outside the courtroom, Ruhi meets Abhira and apologizes to her. Ruhi confides that she overheard Sanjay discussing plans to lie in court, but she later learned from Rohit that Armaan intended to speak the truth. Ruhi encourages Abhira to trust herself and stay determined in her pursuit of justice.

ABHIRA GETS STRONG EVIDENCE AGAINST VIDYA

Later, Vidya visits the temple to fulfill a mannat she had made. By coincidence, Abhira is also at the same temple and notices Vidya. As Abhira approaches Vidya, the lawyer interrupts and hands her strong evidence against Vidya.

The next day in court, Sanjay orders the canteen staff to tamper with Armaan's coffee by mixing a substance into it, causing HIM to feel dizzy and unwell. Taking advantage of the situation, Sanjay steps in to handle the case in Armaan's place. In court, Sanjay accuses Abhir of having mental health issues and anger problems, ultimately blaming him for the accident.

During a break in the proceedings, the family confronts Sanjay, questioning his unethical arguments. Meanwhile, Abhira remains steadfast in her belief that Armaan would never lie. Soon after, Armaan arrives at the courtroom and apologizes for being late. Abhira informs him that Sanjay took over the case in his absence and falsely declared Abhir to be mentally unstable.
