Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: In tonight's (March 12) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, while Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) was serving food to the guests during the engagement, Armaan (Rohit Purohit) noticed that she was in pain. Concerned, he immediately knelt down and checked her leg. What he saw shocked him. Without wasting any time, he took her straight to the hospital.

Meanwhile, at the Poddar house, a heated argument broke out between Sanjay and Charu. Charu demanded to know why Sanjay was so determined to destroy everyone's life. In response, Sanjay confessed that he had blackmailed Seerat to stay away from Krish for the sake of Krish's well-being. Unbeknownst to them, Krish had overheard their conversation. Hurt and angry, he stormed off, unable to process what he had just learned.

At the hospital, the doctor treated Abhira's injured leg. Once the treatment was over, Armaan confronted her, his frustration evident. He demanded to know why she hadn't told him about her pain earlier. Abhira tried to explain herself, but the argument left them both feeling uneasy.

Later, Kaveri questioned Manisha about why she had gone to meet Abhira and Armaan. Manisha replied that she had been missing them and simply wanted to see them.
