At Maira's school, what starts as a conversation quickly turns into a heated argument between the two.

Though Tanya does not clearly see her face, she suspects it may have been Kiara. Later that night, Tanya confronts Kiara in her room, asking bluntly whether she had gone to the hospital. Kiara lies to protect her secret, saying she went for a routine check-up because she has been feeling weak. In reality, Kiara is hiding the truth - she is pregnant.
