Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: Tonight's (February 9) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Meher informing Armaan (Rohit Purohit) that she found out from Vidya about Myra's expulsion. Stepping in to help, she assists Armaan in securing Myra's admission to a good school. Armaan is relieved and grateful, although something unexpected he witnesses leaves him momentarily shocked.

Meanwhile, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) is deeply stressed as she tries to arrange money for Mukti's admission to an expensive school. Jaya and Nilesh overhear her conversation with Tomar, where she desperately inquires about the interest amount she must pay. While they offer help, Abhira gently refuses, urging them to concentrate on Rinku's wedding preparations instead.

Jaya worries about how Abhira will juggle everything alone, while Nilesh is frustrated with Abhira's absent husband, who seems disconnected from the situation. Back at the Poddar house, Armaan questions Vidya about staying awake all night even after he told her not to worry.

Vidya teasingly calls him stubborn-just like her-and asks what has him tense. Armaan reveals that although Myra has secured admission to a good school, it requires her to stay in a hostel. Vidya immediately objects, insisting that Myra cannot be sent away. She asks Armaan to change the school, worried about Myra's emotional state.

Later, Tanya accidentally bumps into Myra and informs her about the hostel arrangement. A shocked and upset Myra runs into the family, and the Poddars try their best to calm her down. Armaan suggests that Myra stay at her friend's home for a night to help ease her mind, and she agrees. Vidya questions Armaan's approach, but he explains that he simply wants to test whether he can truly stay away from Myra once she is in the hostel. Missing her already, he soon goes to bring her back home.

On the other side of town, Mukti discovers the hardships Abhira is enduring for her sake. Wanting to reduce Abhira's burden, she makes an excuse to avoid taking admission into her dream school. But Abhira immediately sees through her lie and becomes even more heartbroken. She wonders how she will ever fulfil Mukti's dreams and pleads to God to stop testing them.

Meanwhile, tensions continue to rise in the household. Tanya ignores Krish, prompting him to vent to Madhav that upsetting Armaan was a mistake. Tanya argues that Armaan's anger shouldn't keep Krish from telling the truth. Sanjay and Kajal grow irritated with Tanya for not mending her strained relationship with Krish. Sanjay goes a step further and accuses Tanya of prioritising Manoj and her business over Krish, making the situation worse.

As the day progresses, Abhira meets Tomar again to demand clarity on the money she owes. Tomar warns her about the steep interest, but Abhira remains firm-she is willing to take the risk for Mukti's future.
