Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: Tonight's (July 13) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) informing Armaan (Rohit Purohit) that Sanjay has destroyed Malhotra's important case file. While the setback leaves Abhira worried, Armaan remains determined and says they will piece together the evidence again. However, Abhira is more concerned about Armaan's fragile health.

Armaan lovingly tells her that nothing matters more to him than her, but Abhira insists that his health should come first. Deciding not to burden him further, she takes responsibility for the case herself.

Meanwhile, Maira and Mukti step forward to support Abhira and Armaan. Touched by their concern, Abhira worries that they are neglecting their studies. The duo assures her that they have already completed their education and are happy to help. Abhira asks Maira to remind Armaan to take his medicines, but Maira admits she forgot.

Determined to balance both responsibilities, Abhira decides to work from home so she can keep an eye on Armaan's health. Although Armaan points out that a lot of work is still pending, Abhira firmly states that nothing is more important than his well-being.

Watching the love and care that Abhira and Armaan have for each other leaves Maira emotional. She dreams of finding a life partner who would love her just as deeply. Mukti playfully warns her not to dream too much, but Maira smiles and says there is no harm in dreaming.

Later, Armaan and Abhira return home, where Sanjay hands them an envelope and sarcastically remarks that it could be a cheque from the client they allegedly stole from him. The couple quietly reads the documents but refuses to disclose their contents despite the Poddars' repeated questions.

On the other hand, Aryan receives shocking news as Disha reveals that she is pregnant. She nervously asks whether he is happy and whether he has forgiven her. Aryan decides to respect the unborn child despite everything that has happened. Disha then requests the Poddars to bless her baby, and the family agrees.

Back home, Abhira once again reminds Armaan to take his medicine. He jokingly complains that it tastes too sour, but she insists he finish it. Trying to lighten the mood, Armaan scares Abhira with a rat, and the two share a light-hearted romantic moment.

However, Sanjay continues his manipulative game by poisoning Vidya's mind against Abhira. He claims that Abhira became so busy with work that she forgot to give Armaan his medicine. Already worried about Armaan's health, Vidya believes Sanjay's words.

The situation becomes more serious when Madhav brings a parcel for Abhira. Inside, she discovers crucial information about Malhotra's witness, along with a threatening warning asking her to withdraw from the case. Fearing for her safety, Vidya urges Abhira to back off. But Abhira refuses to give in and remains determined to fight for justice.

Soon, Vidya confronts Abhira for not giving Armaan his medicine on time. Armaan immediately defends Abhira, making Vidya realize she had misunderstood the situation after believing Sanjay. Feeling guilty, she apologizes to Abhira.

Abhira accepts the apology but points out that Vidya keeps making the same mistake by doubting her instead of talking to her directly. She reminds Vidya how misunderstandings created distance between them eight years ago and urges her to communicate openly if she ever has concerns again. Realizing the truth, Vidya assures both Armaan and Abhira that she will not repeat her mistake, bringing an emotional end to the episode.
