Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: Tonight's (July 16) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Armaan (Rohit Purohit) confidently challenging Bhanu, declaring that he is certain to win the ongoing family competition. Bhanu refuses to back down and confidently accepts the challenge.

To raise the stakes, Armaan proposes a deal - whoever wins will have the right to make the other obey one wish without any argument. Bhanu agrees, setting the stage for an intense rivalry between the two.

Meanwhile, Vidya and Dadi Sa are busy searching for the latter's missing ring. Armaan notices them looking worried and asks what happened. When they explain that the ring has gone missing, he suggests asking the hotel staff for help. However, both Vidya and Kaveri insist that they will find it themselves.

During the conversation, Armaan notices Kaveri's medicines and becomes concerned. Curious, he asks how long she has been taking them, hinting that something about her health is bothering him. Soon, the host announces the much-awaited "Dadi Round." In this challenge, the grandmothers have to prepare a sweet dish while the rest of the family must identify who made it by tasting it.

Kaveri joins the other contestants and starts preparing a sweet that has always been Armaan's favourite. Watching her cook brings back painful memories for Armaan, making him emotionally uncomfortable. Unable to handle the emotions, he distances himself from Kaveri while she quietly continues cooking.

After the sweets are prepared, the tasting session begins. One by one, the family members sample the dishes, trying to identify the cooks. Surprisingly, the Poddar family fails to recognise Kaveri's sweet, leaving her visibly disappointed. Abhira encourages Armaan to step forward and identify it, but he initially refuses, still hurt by the past.

Just when it seems Kaveri has lost all hope, Armaan suddenly recognises the familiar aroma and taste of her sweet. He correctly identifies it, helping Kaveri win the round. Overwhelmed with emotion, Kaveri breaks down in tears and apologises to Armaan for all the pain she has caused him. She admits feeling deeply ashamed of her actions and promises never to repeat her mistakes.

Armaan finally softens and forgives her. In an emotional gesture, he asks Kaveri to feed him the sweet she prepared. Witnessing the heartfelt reconciliation, Maira and Mukti also forgive Kaveri, while the rest of the family praises her cooking. Even Abhira asks Kaveri to feed her the sweet, symbolising the family's growing acceptance. Madhav and the other family members enjoy the dessert, and Kaveri proudly wins the Dadi Round.

Later, Armaan advises Kaveri to stop taking her medicines, suggesting that she no longer needs to depend on them. The emotional atmosphere continues as Manisha, Manoj, Krish, and Kajal apologise to Armaan for their past mistakes. Manoj feels their actions were too serious to be forgiven so easily, but Armaan tells everyone that forgiveness is his choice and that he wants to move forward.

Krish also apologises sincerely. Tanya defends him, reminding Armaan how devastated Krish had been after learning about his tumour. Understanding his situation, Armaan forgives him as well. Krish promises that he will become his old self again. Aryan and Disha also try to apologise, but Armaan is still unable to forgive them completely. Although he listens to them, he chooses to keep his distance, showing that some wounds still need time to heal.

The competition then moves on to the "Aunt-Uncle Round." Away from the games, Sanjay privately tells Kajal that he is exhausted by the constant family drama and cannot wait for everything to end. Kajal asks him to stay patient for just a few more days, hinting that things will soon change. Despite the emotional tension, Kajal and Sanjay perform well and win their round.

Afterwards, Abhira tells Armaan how proud she is of him for forgiving almost everyone in the Poddar family. However, she admits that forgiving Aryan and Disha still feels impossible for her.

Elsewhere, Bhanu realises that Armaan and Abhira cleverly challenged him only to convince him to become a witness in Malhotra's legal case. Feeling manipulated, Bhanu becomes furious and tells both of them to stay away from him. Despite Bhanu's anger, Armaan remains determined. He believes convincing Bhanu to testify is the only way Abhira can win Malhotra's case and eventually take control of the firm.

As the episode draws to a close, Bhanu and Armaan continue their fierce competition, with Abhira enthusiastically cheering Arman from the sidelines.
