Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: Tonight's (June 22) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai takes a dramatic turn as Maira and Mukti find themselves trapped inside a locked car while paint fumes make the situation even more dangerous. Mukti begins to panic as she feels suffocated, and both girls desperately call out for help.

Armaan (Rohit Purohit) notices their distress and initially rushes to assist them. However, before he can help, Abhira's (Samridhii Shukla) eyes start burning because of the paint, forcing Armaan to focus on her condition. Concerned for Abhira, he completely forgets about Maira and Mukti, leaving them stranded inside the car.

The shock intensifies when Mukti reveals that Armaan was aware of their situation and had gone to bring the keys, but never returned. Abhira, Maira, and Mukti are left stunned by what they hear.

Soon, Armaan approaches them and casually asks what they are discussing. To everyone's surprise, he appears to have no memory of the incident at all. Unable to recall what happened, Armaan assumes someone may have attempted to steal the car after noticing the broken window. Disturbed by the sight, he becomes anxious and even considers calling the police.

Abhira, however, realizes that this is not an ordinary mistake. She notices a troubling pattern in Armaan's behavior and begins to suspect that he is suffering from serious memory issues. His evasiveness only strengthens Vidya's suspicions. Worried that something is seriously wrong, she decides that she and Madhav should return to Udaipur immediately.

Back at home, Abhira finally confronts Armaan about his memory lapses. She reminds him how he forgot about Maira and Mukti despite knowing they were in danger. Armaan is shocked when he learns the full truth and struggles to accept that he may genuinely be forgetting important events. Abhira insists that he undergo an MRI and visit the hospital, but Armaan remains stubborn and refuses to believe that anything is wrong with him.
