Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update June 29: Abhira's Clever Plan Works For Armaan's Surgery - BIG TWIST

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: In tonight's (June 29) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) finds herself in a race against time as she pleads with the hospital doctor to arrange for renowned neurosurgeon Dr Pradhan to perform Armaan's (Rohit Purohit) surgery. However, the doctor informs her that Dr Pradhan is unavailable as she is attending her daughter's wedding and has strictly instructed the hospital not to disturb her.

While the doctor suggests another neurosurgeon, Abhira refuses to settle, believing that only Dr Pradhan can turn Armaan's slim 0.1 per cent chance of survival into a miracle. The heartbreaking news leaves her deeply worried, but she remains determined to save her husband at any cost.

Meanwhile, Madhav learns about Armaan and Abhira's marriage and immediately decides to meet his son. On reaching the Poddar house, he confronts the family and reminds them that Vidya has barred them from attending the wedding. He bluntly tells them that they abandoned Armaan when he needed them the most, and therefore have no right to share in his happiness now.

As tensions rise within the family, Abhira asks Madhav to somehow gather information about Dr Pradhan's whereabouts, while Kaveri also comes to know about the famous surgeon. Back home, Armaan's deteriorating memory once again becomes painfully evident. Wanting to take care of Abhira, he lovingly prepares tea for her and asks her to rest.

However, he forgets to add sugar to the tea. Realising another memory has slipped away from him, Armaan is left devastated, silently regretting that he is no longer able to remember even the simplest of things. Watching him struggle breaks Abhira's heart even more.

The financial burden of the surgery continues to trouble Abhira until Vidya unexpectedly steps in with Armaan's medical insurance papers. Abhira discovers that Aryan had forgotten to pay the premium, but Vidya reveals that Madhav had secretly paid both the premium and the penalty to keep the policy active.

The revelation comes as a huge relief. Soon, Abhira also learns that Dr Pradhan's daughter's wedding is taking place in Mussoorie. Without wasting another moment, she convinces Vidya to accompany her so they can personally request the doctor to save Armaan.

ABHIRA, VIDYA AND DADI SA TEAM UP FOR ARMAAN'S SURGERY

At the wedding venue, Abhira and Vidya try to sneak inside but are stopped by security. Kaveri unexpectedly comes to their rescue, despite Vidya's reluctance to accept her help. Once inside, Abhira discovers that the wedding caterer has gone missing. Instead of directly approaching Dr. Pradhan, she quickly comes up with a clever plan. Along with Madhav, Tanya, Vidya and Kaveri, she takes over the catering arrangements to ensure the wedding runs smoothly.

Dr Pradhan is thoroughly impressed with their dedication and offers to pay them for their efforts. However, Abhira refuses the money and emotionally folds her hands before the doctor. She says that the only payment she wants is for Dr Pradhan to perform Armaan's surgery. Touched by Abhira's selfless love and unwavering determination, Dr Pradhan agrees to meet Armaan and consider taking up his case.

Later, the Poddar family finally meets Armaan, but the emotional reunion takes a heartbreaking turn when Armaan fails to recognise Manisha. His worsening memory loss leaves everyone shocked. After examining him, Dr Pradhan confirms that Armaan's condition is deteriorating rapidly and announces that the surgery must be performed as soon as possible, giving Abhira a renewed sense of hope.

The episode ends with an emotional confrontation between Vidya and the Poddar family. Vidya orders them to leave and questions their sudden concern for Armaan after abandoning him in his darkest phase. Kajal apologises, but Vidya refuses to forgive them easily.
