Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: Tonight's (March 10) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Armaan (Rohit Purohit) feeling puzzled as he notices Maira's school principal calling. Before he can react properly, the phone slips and the video call accidentally starts. Maira appears on the screen and reacts with surprise after seeing the call connect.

Armaan assumes that Maira might have seen Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) in the house and prepares himself to explain the situation. However, Maira instead asks Armaan why he brought Kaveri home so quickly.

Hearing this, both Armaan and Abhira feel relieved, realizing that Maira has not yet noticed Abhira's presence. Armaan calmly explains that Kaveri has been discharged from the hospital and is now back home. Curious about the call, he asks Maira why the principal was contacting them. Maira explains that she had informed the principal about Kaveri's condition and had given her phone to the principal to speak with them.

She then asks Armaan if he is not happy about Kaveri returning home. Armaan reassures her that he is very happy that Kaveri is back. Maira further suggests that someone should be brought in to properly take care of Kaveri. Armaan briefly looks toward Abhira but tells Maira not to worry and instead focus on her studies.

Meanwhile, Vidya taunts Abhira for returning without considering how Maira might react. She questions whether Abhira has thought about what she will do when Maira eventually sees her in the house. Madhav intervenes and tells everyone that they will deal with Maira's reaction later, suggesting that they should focus on the present situation first.

Abhira checks Kaveri's vital signs carefully to ensure that she is stable. However, Armaan remains distrustful and personally rechecks the readings, openly stating that he cannot trust Abhira. This comment creates further tension. Sanjay adds fuel to the situation by suggesting that Abhira must have returned after eight years with some hidden motive.

Manisha, however, believes that people can change over time and suggests that Abhira might not be the same person she was years ago. Tanya questions why the Poddar family is being so quick to judge Abhira when she clearly returned only because Kaveri needed her. Kajal also agrees that Abhira might have changed.

Madhav grows frustrated with the constant accusations and urges the Poddar family to stop making assumptions about Abhira. Manoj, however, disagrees and says that although he usually trusts Madhav's judgment, Abhira's sudden return after eight years seems suspicious. Upset by the continued hostility, Madhav decides to walk away from the argument. Kajal later warns Vidya that if Armaan ever learns the truth, she might be the one forced to leave the house instead of Abhira.

KRISH INFORMS MEHER THAT ABHIRA IS BACK IN THE PODDAR HOUSE

Elsewhere, Krish demands more money from Meher in exchange for information. Meher challenges him, asking him to prove that he is truly her informant by showing her the information on his phone. When Krish opens it, Meher discovers that Abhira has returned to the Poddar house. Krish confirms the news. Meher becomes determined and declares that although Abhira has returned to Armaan's life, she will make sure that she does not stay there for long.

Back at the Poddar house, Vidya goes to meet Kaveri. During the visit, she accidentally unplugs the wire connected to Kaveri's oxygen machine. Almost immediately, Kaveri begins to struggle for breath. Abhira panics and rushes to help her while worrying about her health. Armaan quickly notices the problem and plugs the wire back into the machine, restoring the oxygen supply.

Instead of questioning what really happened, Armaan immediately blames Abhira for the incident and angrily decides to throw her out of the house. Madhav steps in and asks Armaan to let go of Abhira's hand and calm down. Vidya quietly observes the situation and internally admits that Abhira is not actually at fault. Nevertheless, Armaan tells the entire Poddar family that Abhira was careless with Kaveri's health.

Sanjay warns that they will not tolerate such negligence if it continues. Madhav again defends Abhira, arguing that everyone is jumping to conclusions without knowing the truth. Manisha suggests that it might be better to send Abhira away because the tension in the house is increasing. Madhav counters this by questioning why only Abhira is being blamed when Vidya was also present in Kaveri's room at the time. He tells Armaan to allow Abhira to continue doing her work instead of constantly creating trouble for her.

Later, Manoj asks Manisha what exactly happened earlier. She informs him that the atmosphere in the house has become extremely tense and chaotic. At the same time, Aryan is planning to bring his girlfriend home, which could create even more complications. Manoj reassures her that the family will manage everything somehow.

In a quieter moment, Abhira apologizes to Kaveri for the chaos surrounding her return. Vidya stands at a distance and also apologizes to Kaveri in her mind, admitting that the oxygen wire came out because of her. However, she deliberately chooses not to reveal the truth in order to protect herself and instead allows the blame to fall on Abhira.

Vidya realizes that as long as Abhira stays in the house, the fear of her lie being exposed will continue to haunt her. Determined to protect her secret, she vows to remove Abhira from Armaan and Maira's lives because she believes their happiness is impossible while Abhira remains around. Meanwhile, Meher calls Vidya and asks to meet her.

Towards the end of the episode, Kaveri warmly thanks Abhira for returning to the house when she needed her the most. Abhira gently tells Kaveri that she was simply waiting for the opportunity to sit and have dinner with her again, just like before. The emotional moment is interrupted when Armaan arrives and notices Abhira feeding food to Kaveri, leaving him silently observing the scene.
