Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Today Episode: Tonight's (May 14) episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai opens on an emotionally tense note as Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) tries to speak to Armaan (Rohit Purohit) about everything that has happened between them. Even during a casual basketball match, the distance between them is impossible to ignore.

Armaan defeats Abhira, but the silence and exchanged glances between the two speak louder than words. Mukti and Maira quietly observe them, sensing the unresolved emotions brewing beneath the surface.

Later, Abhira and Armaan attend a counselling session where buried emotions finally erupt. Armaan admits he is angry with Abhira - not because she helped someone else, but because she never prioritizes herself. Abhira explains that she only wanted to save another woman from getting hurt, but Armaan questions why she always sacrifices her own happiness for others.

He painfully asks why she can never be selfish, even once, for their relationship. His frustration clearly comes from love and concern rather than anger. Unable to handle the emotional pressure, Abhira walks away, leaving Armaan heartbroken.
