Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam is a rural backdrop movie directed by AR Mohan. Story
Srinivas Sripada (Allari Naresh), who works as a Telugu teacher, goes to Maredumilli area as an election officer for the assembly election in the Rampachodavaram constituency. But the people there decide to boycott the elections. He sees firsthand the hardships of the tribal area which is close to the world. However, Srinivas tries to convince the villagers of Maredumilli that if they exercise the right to vote, they will get transport, health, and education facilities. In this sequence, Srinivas, an English teacher (Vennela Kishore), and a government official (Praveen) are kidnapped.
Did the people of Maredumilli respond positively to Srinivas Sripada's request to exercise the right to vote? Did Maredumilli people get ready to vote with Srinivas' advice? Who kidnapped Srinivas and other staff members? What are the efforts of Collector Arjun Trivedi (Sampat Raj) to free the kidnapped government employees? Did Collector Trivedi, who acted against the people, learn a lesson?
