Kedi No. 1 is an Action Comedy based movie. In which, Two pairs of twins - Krishna & Ramu and Radha & Seeta - get separated when they were kids. Krishna (Srihari) and Radha (Ramya Krishna) grow up in a tiny village as petty thieves. Ramu (Srihari) becomes a big cop. Seeta (Ramya Krishna) is the heiress of a huge fortune.
There is a don called Muni Raju (Vijaya Chandar) who uses Guravayya (Kota Srinivasa Rao) to kill the parents of these twins and separate them. The story of the film is about how the male twins take revenge on the bad guys when they grow up.
