Maro Charithra is romantic love story based movie in which, the story revolves around a simple "Telugu - Tamil" neighboring girl and boy falling in love and later their family interfere and ask them to remain separate for the whole year which makes the story end in tragedy.
The story talks a lot about neighboring Brahmin- Non-Brahmin wordy quarrels, father and son disagreements between Ramana Murthy and Kamal Hassan, prejudged conditions to break-up the love affair.
