Raju Weds Rambai Story

Raju Weds Rambai is a Telugu romantic musical entertainer movie directed by Saailu Kaampati. The movie casts Akhil Raj Uddemari and Tejaswi Rao in the main lead roles, along with Shivaji Raja, Chaitu Jonnalagadda, Anitha Chowdary, Kavitha Srirangam, and many others have seen in supporting roles. The music was composed by Suresh Bobbili while the cinematography was done by Wajid Baig, and it is edited by Naresh Adupa. The film is produced by Venu Udugula and Rahul Mopidevi under Dolamukhi Subaltern Films and Monsoon Tales banners.

Story

Raju (Akhil Raj) lives happily with his parents (Shivaji Raja and Anita Chowdary) in a village near Illanda, where he runs their traditional family band-melam troupe. In the same village, Rambai (Tejaswini), the daughter of Venkanna (Chaitu Jonnalagadda), works as a compounder at the government hospital. Raju falls deeply in love with Rambai, and the two begin dreaming of a colorful future together.

However, their happiness is disrupted when Venkanna learns about his daughter’s love. Venkanna, who values his honor more than his own life, strongly rejects their relationship. This conflict brings a huge setback to Raju’s family.

Why does Rambai care so deeply for Raju? Why does Venkanna refuse to accept their love? What kind of groom does Venkanna want for his daughter? What happens during the clashes between Raju’s family and Venkanna’s family? What loss does Raju suffer? And finally, what extreme decision does Venkanna take regarding their marriage?
