Story

In Mahabubnagar, Raju Yadav, from a poor family, fails his degree and wanders around irresponsibly. While playing cricket with friends, he injures his face. Due to a doctor's mistake, his face is permanently left with a smiling expression. His father (Ananda Chakrapani), worried about his son's future, constantly tries to set him on the right path, scolding him daily despite his inner sorrow. During this time, Raju falls in love with a girl named Sweety (Ankitha Kharat). In a turn of events, they become physically intimate, but Sweety unexpectedly distances herself from Raju, leaving him in shock.

What mistake did the doctor make that caused a lifetime of suffering for Raju after his injury? What efforts did Raju's father make to instill responsibility in him? Why did Raju's father refuse to give him the 4 lakh rupees needed for his treatment? What did Raju do when his father refused to pay for the treatment? Despite his deep love for Sweety and his constant pursuit, why did she reject him? How did Raju respond to Sweety's rejection? In the end, did Raju win her love?
