Sebastian PC524 Story

Sebastian PC524 is a comedy thriller movie directed by Balaji Sayyapureddy. The movie casts Kiran Abbavaram, Nuveksha, Komalee Prasad, Rohini Raghuvaran and many others are in the lead roles. Story 

Seba alias Sebastian (Kiran Abbavaram) is a constable suffering from rheumatic disease. Neelima (Komali Prasad), a housewife, is killed while he is on night duty at Madanapalle police station after several transfers. However, Seba, saddened by Neelima's death due to his inability to do duty properly and Seba starts investigating to find who is behind this murder.

What are the challenges faced by Seba to find the people behind Neelima's murder? Why did Ambaram (Srikant Iyengar), the top official in the station obstruct the investigation?
