Sravanamasam movie is family based drama in which, Trimurtulu (Hari Krishna) is the rich village chieftain. His brother-in-law is Krishna Rao (Krishna) who stays in a small house in front of Trimurtulu's mansion. The elders decide to marry Trimurtulu's son Sambasiva Rao (Karthikeya) off to Krishna Rao's daughter Mahalakshmi (Gajala). A few days before marriage, Sambasiva tells his mom that he is in love with a Telangana girl called Kavita Reddy (Kalyani).The rest of the story is all about how all ends well.
