Subham Story

Subham is a Telugu horror drama movie written by Vasanth Mariganti and directed by Praveen Kandregula. The movie casts Harshith Reddy, Gavireddy Srinivas, Charan Peri, Shriya Kontham, Shravani Lakshmi, Shalini Kondepudi, and Vamshidhar Goud in the main lead roles along with Samanatha in special role. The music was composed by Shor Police while the cinematography was done by Mridul Sujit Sen and it is edited by Dharmendra Kakarala. The film is produced by Samantha under Tralala Moving Pictures banner.

Story

In the village of Bheemunipatnam, a cable TV operator named Srinu (Harshith Reddy) lives a cheerful life along with his two close friends (Gavireddy Srinivas and Charan Peri). The trio enjoy a happy, carefree lifestyle. However, their peaceful routine takes a sharp turn due to their wives — Srivalli (Shreya Kotham), Fareeda (Shravani Lakshmi), and Gayathri (Shalini Kondepudi) — who are completely obsessed with a Telugu television serial called Janma Janmala Bandham.

These three women are so addicted to the serial that they cannot stand any kind of disturbance while it airs. Their obsession goes to such an extent that they are even willing to go to dangerous lengths to avoid interruptions. As a result, Srinu and his friends find themselves in constant trouble, and their lives become completely chaotic.

Desperate for a solution, the friends approach a mysterious village sorceress named Maaya Maata (Samantha Ruth Prabhu), hoping she can help them deal with the madness. The story follows what kind of problems Srinu and his friends face because of their wives, how the TV serial creates unrest in their lives, and what advice Maaya Maata offers them.

As things unfold, an unexpected shock comes from Dish Kumar, the village's satellite operator, adding even more tension to the situation. The movie shows how the three friends respond to that surprise, and whether they are finally able to bring peace back into their homes and their village. All these events are presented in a fun-filled, entertaining way in the movie Subham.
