Tribanadhari Barbarik Story
Tribanadhari Barbarik is a fantasy thriller movie directed by Mohan Srivatsa. The movie casts Satya Raj, Vasishta N Simha, Sanchi Rai, Kranthi Kiran, Udhyabhanu, Satyam Rajesh, Vtv Ganesh, Motta Rajendra, and many others are in the main lead roles. The music was composed by Infusion Band while the cinematography was done by Kushendar Ramesh Reddy and it is edited by Marthand K Venkatesh. The film is produced by Vijaypal Reddy Adidhala under Vanara Celluloid banner.
Story
Shyam Katu, also known as Barbarik (Sathyaraj), is a psychiatrist. In Hyderabad, a mafia racket is run by Vakili Padma (Udayabhanu). Ram (Vasishta Simha), who comes from a lower-middle-class family, is desperate to earn 30 lakhs so that he can secure a job abroad. In pursuit of money, he joins hands with Dev (Kranti Kiran), Padma’s son-in-law, and the two indulge in petty thefts, small scams, and kidnappings. During this time, Shyam’s granddaughter Nidhi becomes the target of a kidnapping. Shyam files a missing complaint, and constable Chandra (Satyam Rajesh) starts investigating the case. Meanwhile, Ram and Dev also kidnap a minister’s pet dog and demand a ransom of 50 lakhs, further complicating their lives.
As the search for Nidhi intensifies, the police attempt to trace her whereabouts, while Ram and Dev get caught deeper in the world of crime, eventually becoming entangled in the drug mafia. Dev’s gambling addiction only worsens the situation, bringing unexpected troubles. Shyam, determined to find his granddaughter, devises strategies and takes bold steps to rescue her. The story then explores whether Ram manages to earn money and go abroad, what fate awaits Dev, and how the kidnapping of Nidhi finally concludes. Adding to the intrigue is a mysterious connection between the events in Shyam’s life and Barbarik, the legendary son of Ghatotkacha.
