Ugly Story is a Telugu romantic thriller film directed by Pranava Swaroop. The film stars Nandu and Avikagor in the lead roles, with Raviteja Mahadasyam, Sivaji Raja, Pragya, and several other notable actors appearing in supporting roles. The music for the movie is composed by Shravan Bharadwaj, while the cinematography is handled by Shrie Saikumaar Daara, and the editing is done by Mithun Soma and Srikanth Patnaik. R. Story

After losing her parents at a young age, Neha (Avika Gor) grows up under the care of her uncle (Sivaji Raja). From childhood itself, her cousin Karthik (Shree Nandu) develops an intense and possessive love for her. While Karthik dreams of winning Neha’s love and making her his world, Neha is deeply in love with Gautham (Ravi Teja Mahadasyam), who means everything to her. She lives with the hope of building a future with him, completely unaware of the emotional storm brewing around her.

However, due to an unexpected emotional situation, Neha is forced to marry Karthik against her wishes. Even after marriage, she remains emotionally and physically distant from him, unable to accept him as her husband. Desperate to gain her love and affection, Karthik begins to torture and emotionally pressure her, leading their relationship into a dark and painful phase.

How did Neha become an orphan? Why did Karthik develop such an obsessive love for her? Who is Gautham, and why does Neha love him so deeply?
