Utsaham is a Tringular Love story and The story is about three childhood friends Vennela (Suneetha Varma), Vineeth (Sai Kiran) and Venu (Srinath). They do everything together. Vennela has feelings for Vineeth and vice versa. But they never express it to each other. When Vineeth is away on a tour, Venu proposes to Vennela. Due to the unavoidable circumstances, Vennela ends up in getting engaged to Venu.
The rest of the story is all about how Vineeth regain his love.
