Vaadu Veedu is a comedy action entertainer. Including extra dose of comedy, besides action and family sentiments. In which, Vishal and Arya playing the roles of siblings in this movie. where Vishal playing a role as transgender with squint eye.

Arya playing role of vishal's brother, who is a small time theif, Janani Iyer debuting in to film industry through this movie, she is playing role of police constable, Madhu Shalini playing a role of village girl and lover of Arya and RK who acted perviously in tamil movie like Ellam Avan Seyal, Azhagar Malai playing negative role which will highlight for this movie.

After getting National Award for Naan Kadavul in February 2009, director Bala announced a full-length light-hearted comedy film 'Vaadu Veedu' its a dubbed version of Tamil movie "Avan Ivan", Vikram Krishna producing this movie uder G K Film Corporation Banner. Yuvan Shankar Raja scoring music for this movie.
