Kushi Story
Kushi is a romantic entertainer movie directed by Majili fame Shiva Nirvana. The movie casts Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha are in the lead roles along with Jayaram, Sachin Khedakar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, and many others are seen in supporting roles. The music was composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab while cinematography is done by G Murali and is edited by Prawin Pudi. The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Ravishankar Yalamanchili under Mythri Movie Makers banner.
Story
Viplav (Vijay Devarakonda), is an employee of BSNL who has a strong inclination to work in the picturesque region of Kashmir. He experiences love at first sight when he encounters Aaradhya (Samantha), a young Muslim woman in Kashmir. Aaradhya's friend, Sharanya, tells her a fake story, leading Aaradhya to seek out a young man named Feroze, ultimately capturing Aaradhya's heart. However, their love faces formidable barriers in the form of the deeply ingrained values and traditions upheld by Lenin Satyam (Sachin Khedkar), Viplav's father, and Chadarangam Srinivasa Rao (Murli Sharma), Aaradhya's father. Despite this, they decide to confront their fathers' sentiments and choose to marry in a register office.
What unfolds in the course of Viplav and Aaradhya's relationship after defying their parents and taking this significant step? What are the primary factors contributing to the conflicts that arise between them? Is Chadarangam Srinivasa Rao's assertion that neglecting traditions and customs will lead to the downfall of both the revolution and Aradhya Kapuram accurate?
