Anaganaga Oka Raju, which is helmed by Maari, emerged as the surprise hit of this season. Interestingly, Naveen Polishetty's film has now crossed the ₹100 crore mark at the worldwide box office.

As per the latest reports by the trade experts, Anaganaga Oka Raju crossed the ₹100 crore mark, at the worldwide box office, just within the first 5 days of its release. The exciting update was confirmed by the leading man Naveen Polishetty himself, with an emotional social media post, recently. The actor has secured the first-ever ₹100 crore film of his career, with the Maari directorial.

"Thinking about all the auditions in Mumbai. Even with this film I used to cry everyday after my accident wondering how I will write and act. Today Anaganaga Oka Raju has grossed 100 crores worldwide. My heart is filled with gratitude . My eyes with tears. This is a moment that has taken many years to come . As per the reports, the 5 days worldwide collection of Anaganaga Oka Raju now stands at ₹100.20 crore. The Sacnilk reports suggest that the comedy drama film has collected around ₹40 crore from the India box office alone, within the first 5 days of its release. The makers of the film, however, have confirmed that the Naveen Polishetty starrer has been making an average collection of around ₹20 crore per day, so far.

Naveen Polishetty appears as the titular character Raju in the Maari directorial, which features Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead. Rao Ramesh, Tarak Ponnappa, Goparaju Chandra, Laddu Santosh, Ananth Babu, Madhusudhan Rao, Mahesh Achanta, and others essay the supporting roles. Mickey J Meyer composed the music score for the Anaganaga Oka Raju. J Yuvraj is the director of photography. The project is jointly produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.
