After a moderately well run at the theatres, Champion, which stars Roshan Meka and Malayalam actress Anaswara Rajan in the lead roles, is all set to make its OTT debut soon.

The Roshan Meka, Anaswara Rajan starrer, which recently ended its lifetime run at the theatres, is now gearing to make its digital debut soon. As per the latest updates, the OTT rights of Champion has been bagged by the streaming giant Netflix, for a decent price. The sports drama film is set to have its OTT release on Thursday, January 29, 2026.

Now, it has also been confirmed that Champion will stream on the popular OTT platform in four languages, including the Telugu original, along with Malayalam, Tamil, and Kannada. However, there are no updates on the Hindi dubbed version of the Roshan Meka starrer, yet. An official update on the same are expected to be out very soon.

Champion Plot, Star Cast And Crew

The Roshan Meka, Anaswara Rajan starrer is set against the backdrop of the Secunderabad area of the pre-Independence era. Champion revolves around the life of Michael, a young and ambitious football player. He dreams of making it big the field and building a career as a footballer in London. However, some unforeseen events change the course of his life and leave a deep impact on his life plans.

Roshan Meka appears in the role of Michael in the film, which features Anaswara Rajan as his love interest, Chandrakala. Kovai Sarala, Vennela Kishore, Murali Sharma, Kay Kay Menon, Ranvir Shorey, and others essay the supporting roles in the film. Madhie ISC is the director of photography. Mickey J Meyer has composed the music score. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao handled the editing of Champion.
